Amanda is an expert in creating hands-on, play-based learning environments that align beautifully with the Connecticut Early Learning and Development Standards (CT ELDS), and she specializes in an emergent curriculum approach that lets children’s natural curiosity and ideas guide their learning which is in perfect alignment with our philosophy here at OLM Prep.
When we met Amanda, we were instantly captivated not just by her flawless credentials and extensive experience with NAEYC accreditation standards, but by her immense warmth, vibrant spirit, and unmistakable love for three-year-olds. She is deeply committed to building strong, positive partnerships with families to ensure every child feels safe, valued, and overjoyed to come to school each day.
